I did it, I did it,
I ran three miles!
The weather was perfect
and I'm nothing but smiles!
But the weekend is coming
and I have to work,
but come this Monday
I won't shirk!
I'll continue my training,
for what race, I don't know.
I just hope to do well,
just so I can crow.

8 days I have run since last beers
On Monday we do 5 miles together
To which we'll say "Here! Here!"
