Back better, but I'm still not running. It's really not a back issue anymore anyway; just sore hip muscles (piriformis). The pain has localized some, and I do feel it is getting better, but any kind of running, even one step, irritates it. I ran something like two steps to hurry through an intersection during my walk yesterday, and today I'm sorer than usual.
Besides the hip, my left groin keeps getting sore whenever I push it, even on a walk. I'm keeping up all the stretches and will avoid running for the foreseeable future.
