Just a nice easy 3 miler due to work obligations. Averaged in the 11:00 minute range so all is good.
Planning on a good ride in Rocheport Sunday with Rob and Sean. Looks like the weather will be perfect! Hope the autumn colors are peaking to make this a great ride....Mike
