Walked/ ran four miles. Started out walking a couple of minutes then ran/jogged (sorry for using the "J" word) then running slow for a couple of minutes. Alternated running and walking and finally just ran until I felt like I needed to walk awhile. Ran the last half mile between 8:15 and 8:30 pace. Really need to lose around 25 pounds before I can ramp it up to a serious training
regimen. However, I'm looking forward to the pain and being able to keep up with Rob....Mike
