I joined the Clocktower group for a bike ride this morning. It was pretty easy for me. We did pick up some speed, e.g., 1 miles splits in mph: a few 10s, 12-13s and 3 16s. I was smiling for much of the ride. It felt good to be cruising along in beautiful weather. After we stopped for breakfast at about mile 10 I took off a layer and enjoyed the being just a bit cool. My hand is doing a little better. A few more rides and I'll be ready for the Hilly 100.

Mitchell -- what a great weekend you had! Two great workouts -- a 29 bike ride and then a fast 10 mile run today. I'd say you're in great shape for the Hilly Hundred! --Bill
