I did 18 yesterday, but got dehydrated doing it. The temp was mid 50s, but the entire run was in the direct sunlight. I thought I was drinking enough, but by the time I got home I was having trouble standing up I was so weak. Rebounded quickly though and feel fine today. -- Rob

Rob, are you sure it was hydration? Could it be the distance and the altitude that your weren't used to? Oxygen shortage perhaps?
At any rate we need to be more careful at our age.
