Finally got a run in after totaling only 3 miles since last Thursday.
Because of the heat, I went to the gym and used the treadmill. I started with a walk for 5 min., then turned on the timer and averaged 9:54 for 5.56 miles. My sore Achilles tendon is better, but it got a little stiff in the last couple of miles, so it's not completely healed yet. I'm not going to push the pace or miles for the next week or so while I wait for the weather to break and my tendon to heal. -- Rob
