At the moment, I'm thinking that serenity and shoulder pins are highly over-rated! I say "leverage the rage and get out with your walking shoes (Rob) or your bicycle! (Mike)"
Rob -- fabulous walk results. I wouldn't be at all surprised if laying down a regular schedule of brisk walks give you a great base from which to restart running when the timing is right.
