Got up for an early run again today. Just a stupendous morning. I don't know what the temperature was, but even now, over two hours later, it's just 65 with low humidity. It must have been in the upper 50s earlier.
I got out early enough to give myself time for at least a 6 mile run, and longer if I felt like it. I started with two easy miles, and then settled into a goal-pace run for the next 5 miles. Overall, I ran 7.2 miles and averaged 8:51. My last three miles were under 8:30. -- Rob

You're just kicking a-- and taking names! I'm not sure if I even deserve to run with you! Give me some time and I'll get close. Dallas should be a hoot!
