Anyway, running with Ben meant I ran faster. I ran sub 10 minute miles 9:37 average, which is great for me. I did the 10 miles on little sleep because I got into Baltimore late last night. The bagel runs mean a lot to me. I reconnect to running buddies and even when we are not talking, it's great to be in a weekly group. And doing it weekly is very reinforcing. It's something to look forward to. When it's over, I still have most of Saturday for my family and myself.
Here are my splits.
| Split | Time | Distance | Avg Pace |
| 1 | 0:09:22 | 1 | 9:22 |
| 2 | 0:09:11 | 1 | 9:11 |
| 3 | 0:09:03 | 1 | 9:03 |
| 4 | 0:09:15 | 1 | 9:15 |
| 5 | 0:09:45 | 1 | 9:45 |
| 6 | 0:09:19 | 1 | 9:19 |
| 7 | 0:09:36 | 1 | 9:36 |
| 8 | 0:10:19 | 1 | 10:19 |
| 9 | 0:10:13 | 1 | 10:13 |
| 13 | 0:09:35 | 0.93 | 10:19 |
| 14 | 0:01:41 | 0.19 | 9:00 |
| Summary | 10.12 | 0:09:37 |
