This was the "coolest" day for running all week, but it seemed like the hottest. It was 92 and humid when I left the house. I picked the Line Creek trail, which is a fine route except for the all-up-hill final mile, but I was in the shade most of the way. Breathing was tough going up hill, so I walked the steepest parts. I can still feel those healing ribs when I breathe real deep.
Despite the weather, it was a pretty good run, as I totaled 5.1 miles and averaged 9:19 per mile. Miles 3 and 4 were both under 9. -- Rob
