Going easy in the heat

Got up at 5:20 this morning and was out running 20 min. later. It was already 76.5 degrees and humid. I did 6 miles and took it easy all the way, averaging 9:47 per mile. Now I can sit out the worst of today's heat and all of Friday's, and hope for a let-up on Saturday. -- Rob
