Still Hangin'!

Well, today makes 6 days in a row that I've either rode, biked or ran. Haven't done that for over a year, and it shows! Just ran 5 easy miles on a hilly course averaging just over 11:00 per mile. Was going to get out earlier, but I had to stick around to watch the installers put in our new replacement windows, so the late start put me into a little warmer part of the day. Just glad to get it in! Will run an easy four tomorrow, rest or bike on Friday, and run ten on Saturday. At least that's the plan......Mike
