Out of the heat

As part of our condo agreement, we have access to a fitness center in downtown Lake Havasu City. Since it was so hot, we all decided we'd go to the fitness center, and then later this evening, when it's cooler, get back outside. So, it was unplanned, and all I had on was an old broken down pair of running shoes, but I did 3 miles on the treadmill at a slow pace. Afterward I had a sore left hip. Shoes? Who knows. I hope it'll just go away.
