Wednesday I walked for the second consecutive day, so now I've walked a total of about 5 miles in two days. On the first day my shoulder was pretty sore by the time I got back, but I immediately put ice on it and after that if felt better than it has any day since the bike accident. I did the same thing Wednesday, but the difference was that my shoulder didn't get that sore during the walk, so maybe that's progress.
My ribs are close to completely healed. I can even sneeze without much discomfort.
It seems that walking - and the natural movement it produces in my arms, is good for the healing process, so I'll hit the bricks every possible day. -- Rob
