RUNNING AGAIN?

The physical therapist released me to slowly add running to my walking routine. I plan to walk one mile, run one and finish with another walking mile. I hope my back can handle the exercise. - Ken

Glad to see you're back on track, Ken! I'm in the same boat right now with the running and walking. We'll hang together again in the next MRC. Looking forward to it..Mike

FYI, in England our horse instructors wouldn't teach a lesson unless we had walked our horses in a minimum 20 minute warmup. I think the warmup and warmdown walking is the best thing you can do during your return!
