Fantastic Feeling!

What a great day to run! I walked for between 6 & 7 minutes then my plan was to run slow for 2 minutes then walk a minute and repeat for 3 miles. For some reason I forgot to check my watch for the two minutes being up. I felt so good that I just took it easy and didn't walk at all. First mile 14:01 includes the 6-7 minute walk, mile two 10:48 and mile three 10:08. Not fast, but very satisfying!

Can't wait for tomorrow! Mike
