Here are a few of my recent runs. I don't download my Garmin every day. And I was in Maryland without its USB cable. Do you guys like the garmin activity page?

I ran an easy 3.0 miles, but I did it in my Vibram Five Fingers KSOs! I'm working up to 4 miles in my VFFs. So maybe you'll see me in them next month. Notice that I got faster as I got used to them. And I usually slow down.

This is my usual Saturday morning run. A great group meets every Saturday and many go to the bagel bin after the run. Hence the name bagel run. It's a Howard County Strider run: http://www.striders.net/bagel-run/
I have been doing this, usually 10 miles for about 10 years. There were periods, when I would barely miss a week. I ran faster than usual to get up to date with a friend, Ben Stein. He's been though a divorce and I'm in a rough time now. (More about that later.) Ben slowed down for me and I sped up a bit. It felt great to be back. I had not done it for over a month. It's been my therapy for a while -- a long run you can depend on every week. And it lets me run a half marathon anytime I want without doing any more training.
