Not an elite 8, but an 8 non-the-less!

Well, I just got tired of running three or four miles and only twice have I upped it to a six miler consisting of 2-3 minutes of running and a minute or two of walking. Today, I impulsively decided to run an 8 miler. I walked the first half mile then stretched my hips to keep them from tightning up. I then committed to running five minutes and walking two minutes. I kept this approach for about 6 miles and then just took a one two minutes walk in the last two miles. Not going to bore you with splits but I averaged in the high 11's for the eight miles. Who's reading this besides Rob and I? Helloooooo, are you there?................Mike
