Saturday morning we enjoyed cool temperature when Runner's Edge group run began. I was thrilled to complete 14 miles with no aches or pains. I really feel prepared for Hospital Hill.
Tonight should be even better the the MRC gang. I am looking forward to our run by the river. Ken
