Well, it WAS slower

I intended to run slower today than Tuesday, when I kind of pushed it, and I did ... by 4 seconds per mile. It was a much easier run, though, because it was all on flat terrain. I even ran three miles on the college track. In the end, I covered 6.6 miles in 60 min. (yesterday it was 6.65 miles in 60 min.)
