5 mile run - morning sunrise

I started while it was dark. But the sun came up and I saw a few patches of small sunflowers along the trail. It was my longest run in my VFFs. It felt good until the last mile. The sunrise lit up the sky in a beautiful orange glow. My average pace was 10:41 which I am happy with. My best mile was 9:56. The run was a mix of streets and paved trail. All said, a good run and start to my day.

Jeez, Mitchell, are you and Bill switching teams?

BTW, I'm really looking forward to our trip to Indiana. Looks like you and I will be sharing a room, unless you keep writing about sunrisess and flowers!
