What a great day for a run! I ran 6.3 miles in 64 minutes this morning. It was clear and cool - just the way I like it. Ran along the Missouri River through Berkley Riverfront Park. How wonderful.
I only hope the mild temperatures are here to stay for a while. Looking forward to Tuesday evening's MRC run and dinner together. - Ken
