Although it was just a four mile recovery run, it was still mileage in the books!
Funny thing happened just as I was finishing my half mile walk at the beginning of the run. This white looking bus like vehicle stopped and the driver opened the door and said, "You look like you need a ride!" I thanked him and told him I was okay and was just a runner. He must have been transporting horse feed or some kind of cereal because there was a sign on the side of the vehicle that said, "OATS."
