What's Going On?

After Wednesday's encouraging run I thought I was past the knee issue. However, after falling out of my desk chair yesterday, and twisting the same knee, today's run was a test in pain tolerance. It felt okay yesterday evening and during the warm up walk before my easy four planned miles, but when I began to slowly ease into the running, the knee ache started and I ended up fighting it for the entire slow four miles. It never was a severe pain, but just enough of a discomfort for me to be concerned. I'll probably be okay in a few days, but it sure plays with my mind. Wednesday I was higher than the proverbial kite and today I'm down again.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day!...........Mike

Recommended actions when you suddenly realize you are on the floor and the desk chair is on top of you:

1. Reach up and click out of the porno site you were watching in case anyone heard you crash.

2. Get up and get on your bicycle.

3. After 2 days of bike riding, return to running.

4. Cold showers are good for the muscle recovery and your obvious problem with porno sites...
